The reduced countersunk head design allows this rivet nut to be used without additional hole preparation, providing a low-profile, flush fit to the application surface. It is ideal for use in post-painted or pre-coated materials, as it can be installed without damaging the finish.

This Reduced Countersunk Full Hex Closed-End Rivet Nut features a smooth body and is installed using a specialized tool equipped with a threaded mandrel. The mandrel engages the internal threads and pulls the rivet nut upward, causing the unthreaded section to deform and expand behind the base material. This creates a strong, permanent internal thread in thin sheet materials, offering excellent resistance to torque and pull-out forces.
